While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation, Taxihub is not liable for delays, route changes, or incidents beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your ride. Prohibited activities include using our service for unlawful purposes, harassing drivers or users, hacking our system, or reselling services without permission. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
